genU is seeking an Employment Coach to support people with disability or other barriers into meaningful employment through the Inclusive Employment Australia program. You’ll build relationships with participants, assess their skills and goals, and provide practical, personalised support to become job ready and achieve sustainable outcomes.

The role is based in Melbourne within genU’s Inclusive Employment Australia team, offering full-time hours and benefits under a profit-for-purpose

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – support provided to complete this.

Responsibilities

• Work with participants to understand strengths and goals and match with employment opportunities.
• Bridge the gap between job seekers and local employers by promoting their skills.
• Link participants with training, health and community supports for long-term success.
• Help participants develop practical career plans that boost confidence and potential.
