Qualifikationen

• Clear communication skills for supporting participants and stakeholders.
• Accurate and timely documentation/compliance per Workforce Australia requirements.
• Collaborative team member with a professional, positive, mature approach.
• Experience in customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
