Job summary

Kimpton Mayfair Adelaide, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the hotel’s F&B strategy and operations as it transforms into a Kimpton brand in 2027. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading F&B operations in luxury hospitality.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue and profitability focus.
• Inspiring leadership to develop high-performing teams.
• Experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations including events and banquets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and performance of F&B across restaurants, bars, events and culinary experiences.
• Inspire, coach and develop the F&B team with a culture of service excellence and collaboration.
• Develop and manage F&B budgets, forecasts and business plans; optimise costs and drive revenue.
• Deliver warm, intuitive dining experiences that build guest loyalty and brand reputation.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and venue managers to bring seasonal experiences to life.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue and Marketing to maximise F&B performance and local connections.
• Ensure high standards of service, safety, compliance and responsible business practices.
