Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team, consultants and contractors.
• Investigate and resolve complex engineering and contract issues to ensure value for money.
• Monitor and report progress against time, cost and quality specifications.
• Prepare and deliver submissions and reports on planning, design and contract issues.
• Provide specialist advice to senior management and present technical information.
• Engage stakeholders and procure required consultants and contractors.
• Foster a positive project culture and manage the total project plan.
