Job summary

Kingston Human Capital is partnering with a major Queensland transport program to recruit two Project Directors to lead tactical and operational delivery across planning, procurement, integration and delivery for Wave Stage 3 (Metro) and MRI. The role demands strong leadership, risk management and stakeholder engagement, with hybrid work from the Sunshine Coast and a two-year contract plus extensions.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, procurement, delivery, integration and operational readiness of major program elements.
Translate objectives into clear priorities, plans and measurable outcomes.
Develop multidisciplinary teams and coordinate advisors, consultants and partners.
Monitor performance across scope, time, cost, safety, risk and quality.
Make timely decisions within delegated authority and escalate critical issues.
Represent the organisation in governance forums and stakeholder engagements.
