Job summary

Latitude IT is seeking a senior technology leader to own and transform the enterprise platform estate, including Salesforce, Zuora, and Dynamics 365, while guiding the migration to global capability and maintaining local stability.

You will manage a team of around 25 with six direct reports (reducing to four) and work across architecture, integrations, and business applications to shape the future of the function within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Real software engineering depth with architecture, databases, integrations.
• Experience owning enterprise CRM and platform estates at real scale (Salesforce, billing, and finance links).
• Migration/transformation track record through acquisitions or global integrations.

Responsibilities

• Keep the current estate stable and reliable during transition.
• Lead migration into global capability with governance and decision frameworks.
• Represent local requirements in global platform decisions and guide the team’s future state.
• Provide direction and manage risk across IT Operations during change.
