Job summary

Latitude IT is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Resilience & Continuity to lead the enterprise resilience program within a technology‑led organisation. The role sits across Risk, Technology, Security and the wider business in a hybrid Sydney or Melbourne setting.

You will own the resilience and continuity agenda and drive proactive preparation for disruption. You will partner with senior stakeholders to understand critical services, manage third‑party resilience, and lead crisis simulations

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in business resilience, continuity, or crisis management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations, especially APRA CPS 230.
• Proven ability to influence executives and manage complex stakeholder networks.
• Experience leading enterprise resilience programs and audits.
• Knowledge of third‑party risk and supplier resilience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve the organisation’s business resilience and continuity strategy
• Establish consistent approaches to Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and crisis preparedness
• Work with business leaders to identify critical services and dependencies
• Assess the potential impact of major disruptions and implement resilience measures
• Lead resilience testing, scenario exercises and crisis simulations
• Identify weaknesses across technology, people, processes, data and external suppliers
• Collaborate with procurement and risk teams to strengthen third‑party resilience
• Develop reporting and metrics for senior leadership and governance forums
• Provide guidance during audits, assurance reviews and regulatory engagements
• Partner with Technology and Cyber Security to align resilience
• Drive resilience awareness and accountability across the organisation
