Job summary

Nuage Technology Group is seeking an accomplished senior leader to own the strategy, delivery and performance of its enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM. You will lead the applications team, partner with business and technology leaders, and ensure core systems are secure, stable and scalable to support growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise applications teams in a complex, multi-entity organisation.
• Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations) and the Power Platform.
• Experience delivering large implementations and transitioning them into support.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the enterprise applications roadmap across the group, aligned to business and technology strategy.
• Lead, coach and grow a team of application specialists, developers and analysts.
• Oversee delivery of major programs, including a current Dynamics 365 implementation, working with project leads, architects and vendors.
• Own application governance, including architecture standards, release and change management, security and access.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, contracts and budgets.
• Ensure handover from project delivery into business-as-usual support and continuous improvement.
• Work with business stakeholders to prioritise demand, manage risk and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Support compliance, privacy and audit requirements in a regulated environment.

Our client is a large, privately owned multinational group of companies in ANZ and operations across Australia and Asia. They're investing in their technology platforms and building a strong enterprise applications function.

About the role

This is a senior leadership role, owning the strategy, delivery and ongoing performance of the group's enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM platforms. You'll lead the applications team, partner with business and technology leaders, and make sure the group's core systems are secure, stable, and support growth. You'll report to the CIO.

About you

• Proven experience leading enterprise applications, ERP or CRM teams in a complex, multi-entity organisation
• Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations) and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience delivering large implementations and transitioning them into support
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work across business units
• Sound grasp of integration, data and security principles, and cloud (Azure) concepts
• Experience managing vendors, partners and budgets
• Tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
