Job summary

Latitude IT is seeking a hands-on Salesforce platform leader in Sydney to own the platform, roadmap, and governance while coaching a skilled team. The role balances architecture decisions with practical delivery and platform expansion into Marketing Cloud and Data 360 as part of a broader marketing technology strategy.

You will work with Sales, Customer Service, and executives to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions, while driving security, CI/CD, and test automation

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning platform governance and roadmap.
• 3+ years directly leading a team of 5+ people.
• Hands-on with Einstein GPT or Agentforce.
• Multi-cloud experience across Sales/Service/Marketing/Experience Cloud.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and Consultant.
• 5+ years in ITIL-based application support.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce platform and roadmap end to end, including architecture and release decisions.
• Lead in-house team before contractors to manage demand and delivery.
• Define target-state strategy for platform expansion beyond CRM.
• Manage Salesforce partners and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Operations and execs to translate needs.
• Drive platform maturity: sandbox strategy, licensing, security tooling, CI/CD.
• Evaluate Einstein AI/Agentforce and establish governance standards.
• Develop administrators toward senior roles.
