Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Director of Digital Operations to guide the Digital Operations function within the Advance Digital and Data practice, owning intake, prioritization, delivery and measurement of AI-enabled work across the firm.

You will apply AI-first and agile methods, manage a portfolio of AI and agentic solutions across geographies, and partner with senior leaders to align demand with strategy and deliver measurable value.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience across technology portfolio management, delivery management, or digital and business operations.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role over multi-disciplinary teams, including at least 3 years managing people managers.
• Ability to set the operating model for an AI-native enabling function and align it to practice strategy, business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Fluent use of generative AI and agentic tools in own work; understanding AI architecture, cost and lifecycle.
• Experience building or transforming an operations, portfolio or delivery function to run on AI and automation, with measurable gains.
• Deep expertise in agile delivery and portfolio management at scale, including intake and prioritisation, capacity planning, dependency and risk management.
• Design and interpret operational reporting, including OKRs, delivery and adoption metrics, and value realisation, using portfolio management, agile planning and data visualization tools.
• Like to experiment: run structured pilots, measure results and scale what works.
• Strong executive presence and ability to explain complex technical tradeoffs to senior non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience; owning a functional budget and negotiating with vendors; advanced degree, certification and law firm experience a plus.
