Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe, Melbourne, is seeking a Delivery Lead (Technical) to steer large-scale programs spanning UX, technology and data. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to shape delivery strategy and outcomes, combining technical delivery expertise with strong people leadership.

This senior role emphasizes commercial acumen, delivery maturity, and the adoption of AI-enabled practices to drive high-impact digital solutions for key client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience delivering complex technical, digital or product-led programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across UX, engineering, technology and data functions.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product development and software delivery methodologies.
• Proven capability managing enterprise-scale programs, stakeholders, budgets and commercial outcomes.
• Experience facilitating workshops, roadmap planning and prioritisation sessions.
• Expertise with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across the full software delivery lifecycle (discovery to release).
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to define priorities and drive decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops to uncover business needs and shape roadmaps.
• Collaborate with UX, Data and Technology teams to balance value, user needs and feasibility.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, scope management and delivery governance.
• Coach Project Managers and drive AI-enabled delivery practices.
