Ashurst Perkins Coie Group is hiring a Data Virtualization Engineer to join our global technology team in Sydney. You will help develop and operate a governed data hub, integrating enterprise sources and delivering trusted data for analytics, automation, and AI use cases.

You’ll contribute to data architecture, modeling, metadata, APIs, governance, and cloud data platforms, while collaborating with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with preferred cloud/data certifications.
• 2–3 years' hands-on experience with SQL, databases, reporting and data integration.
• Exposure to data engineering, BI, analytics, cloud data platforms, APIs, or ETL/ELT.

Responsabilités

• Develop and operate the firm's governed data hub by integrating enterprise sources.
• Build reusable virtual data products and validate data outputs.
• Apply governance and security requirements to data access and AI-ready data practices.
