Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie Group seeks a Director of Digital Operations to lead the Digital Operations function within Advance Digital and Data. You will own the operating model for intake, prioritization, delivery, and measurement, with AI-first and agile principles guiding all work.

The role focuses on governance of AI and agentic solutions across clients and internal operations. You will partner with senior leaders to align demand with strategy, balance budgets, and implement pilots and scalable

Qualifications

• You have 10+ years across technology portfolio management, delivery management, or digital operations, including multiple regions.
• You have 5+ years in a senior leadership role over multi-disciplinary teams and people managers.
• You can set an AI-native operating model and align it to strategy and measurable outcomes.
• You fluently use generative AI and agentic tools and understand AI lifecycle for process redesign.
• You have built or transformed operations to run on AI and automation with measurable gains.
• You bring deep expertise in agile delivery and portfolio management at scale with risk tradeoffs.
• You design operational reporting with OKRs, metrics, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Operations function and own the operating model for intake, prioritization, delivery, and measurement.
• Align AI and automation portfolio with firm strategy and ensure value delivery to leadership.
• Drive agile delivery, capacity planning, risk management, and performance reporting.
