Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie Group is seeking a Director of Digital Operations to lead the AI-native operating model, intake optimization, and delivery governance within Advance Digital and Data. You will guide portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and performance reporting across global teams.

You will drive AI-enabled process redesign, pilot structured innovations, and scale successful outcomes while partnering with the Chief Digital and Data Officer to align demand with firm strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience across technology portfolio management, delivery management, or digital and business operations.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role over multi-disciplinary teams, including people managers across offices/time zones.
• Ability to set operating model for an AI-native enabling function aligned to strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Fluent use of generative AI and agentic tools in own work; understand AI architecture and lifecycle.
• Experience building/transformation of operations to run on AI and automation with measurable gains.
• Expertise in agile delivery and portfolio management at scale, including intake, prioritisation, capacity planning, risk management.
• Design and interpretation of operational reporting using OKRs and data visualization.
• Bachelor-like requirement with vendor negotiation; advanced degree or professional certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Operations function and own the operating model for AI/automation work intake, prioritisation, delivery and metrics.
• Manage a portfolio of AI/agentic solutions across clients and business operations; ensure value delivery and budget adherence.
• Drive agile delivery practices, capacity planning, dependency and risk management in a federated, high-demand environment.
• Develop and communicate portfolio reporting, OKRs and value realization to firm leadership.
