Job summary

Jenny's Kindergarten and Early Learning Centre Bathurst, operated by C and J Corporation Pty Ltd, seeks a Diploma Educator. You will join a team devoted to child education and development, delivering developmentally appropriate care and learning in a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

Jenny's Kindergarten and Early Learning Centre Bathurst is currently looking for a Diploma Educator with a minimum of two years experience to join our team. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced full time Diploma Qualified Educator. In conjunction with a team of professional Educators, you will provide nurturing care and developmentally appropriate education to meet the needs of children in a group setting within a safe and healthy environment in co-operation with parents, colleagues and community professionals.

This position is for an immediate start!

Key responsibilities will include:

Planning, implementing and evaluating a curriculum/program for individuals and groups in accordance with approved curriculum frameworks.

Participating in healthy eating and physical activities with children

Consistently encouraging and supporting children by providing meaningful and open interactions that promote a child's sense of belonging, being and becoming.

Sharing two way, meaningful information with families about a child's progress, relationships, interests and experience,

To be successful in this role, you will:

Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

MINIMUM 2 years experience

Leadership Skills

Strong Time Management

Have previous experience as a room leader

Be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of NQS, NQF and EYLF.

Possess sound understanding and experience in programming and planning for children aged 0 to 6.

Hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications

Hold a Working With Child Check clearance (or completed the application process for a new Check).
