Job summary

Juniors Journey Early Education in Bathurst, NSW, is seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our growing service and support the leadership team in delivering high-quality early learning experiences aligned with EYLF and NQS.

You will strengthen relationships with families and the community, drive programming excellence, and contribute to centre readiness for Assessment and Rating, all while modelling safe, ethical practice and a collaborative leadership style.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving educational excellence while supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing centre.

About the Role

You will work in close partnership with the Leadership team and the educators to support the effective running of the service and rooms while also driving best practices across the centre.

As an Educator, you will be supporting adn driving delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the National Quality Framework, EYLF and contemporary best practice.

About You

You will have:

• A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and contemporary early childhood pedagogy

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A collaborative, solutions-focused leadership style

• You will understand your responsibilities as a mandatory reporter and be able to demonstrate safe, ethical and professional behaviour at all times, including maintaining professional boundaries, actively supervising children, identifying and responding to risks and reporting concerns in line with legislative requirements.
