Job summary

Mini Masterminds Merrylands (77-place centre) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our team. You will deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.

Applicants must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved), WWCC, and current First Aid/CPR, with EYLF/NQS knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Observe and document children's learning and development
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
• Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions

As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.
