Job summary

Juniors Journey Early Education in Bathurst, NSW, is seeking a Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educator to support the Leadership team and drive high-quality early childhood programs. About the Role

You will work in close partnership with the Leadership team and the educators to support the effective running of the service and rooms while also driving best practices across the centre.

As an Educator, you will be supporting and driving delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the National Quality Framework, EYLF and contemporary best practice.

Key Responsibilities

As Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator, you will:

About You

You are a confident educator who thrives on lifting others and shaping practice. You bring both warmth and professionalism, and you are ready to influence centre-wide quality.

You will have:

• A Certificate III or Diploma qualified Education (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and contemporary early childhood pedagogy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative, solutions-focused leadership style
• You will understand your responsibilities as a mandatory reporter and be able to demonstrate safe, ethical and professional behaviour at all times, including maintaining professional boundaries, actively supervising children, identifying and responding to risks and reporting concerns in line with legislative requirements.
