Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and sector regulations.
• Current First Aid training and CPR Certificate.
• Valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
• Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices.
• Maintain Mandatory National Child Safety Training.

• Develop and deliver an inclusive and innovative program.
• Apply approved learning frameworks (EYLF) that promote children's identity, connection to community, wellbeing, learning confidence, and communication skills.
• Maintain a safe environment, proactively managing risks and hygiene protocols.
• Lead by example in interactions, fostering a respectful and collaborative team culture.
• Partner with families to support children’s development and education goals.
• Build and maintain clear communication within the team, children and families.
• Maintain Mandatory Reporting responsibilities and requirements.

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 50 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking a passionate Educator to join our vibrant Bossley Park Service.

About The Role

As a Diploma-Qualified Early Childhood Educator at Young Academics, you will create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and align with our service philosophy. As a service, compliance and child safety remain our highest priority, and you will be expected to uphold our child-safe practices in all aspects of your role. You will also collaborate with fellow educators to build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families and the wider community, fostering a supportive environment that enhances children’s wellbeing, confidence, and lifelong love of learning.

This position is a full-time role - Monday to Friday between 6:30 am - 6 pm (rotating roster).

• Demonstrated experience in planning, documentation, and implementing programs for children 0-6 years with regard to current pedagogies and frameworks.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation.
