Age/Year Group in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead and develop high-quality educational programs. The role includes managing a room, developing centre-wide strategies, and engaging with families and the local community.

You will work with a team of educators, adapt programming to diverse needs, ensure compliance with National Regulations and the National Law, and contribute to continuous improvement and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher or educator.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Working With Children Check clearance.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training.
• Strong knowledge of National Law and National Regulations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
