Quickcare in Penrith, NSW, is seeking Cert III, Diploma and Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join a family-owned, Exceeding-rated centre. Roles range from floor educators to Room Leaders, with flexible fit to experience and career goals.

The centre emphasizes professional development, fully funded training, mentoring, and clear pathways into leadership. Students are supported with ongoing PD, low staff turnover, and a warm team environment in a convenient Penrith location.

Qualifications

• Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
• No student visas; must have full work rights.
• Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificates.
• Warm, patient approach and genuine interest in children’s learning and development.
• Reliable team player who keeps learning.
• Room Leader applicants: leadership or programming experience is a plus.

We’re a family-owned early learning service in Penrith, rated Exceeding the National Quality Standard, and we’re growing our team. We’re looking for Cert III, Diploma and Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teachers to join us.
