Job summary

QuickCare, a family-owned early learning service in Penrith, NSW, is seeking Cert III, Diploma and Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teachers to join a growing team. Flexible roles adaptable to experience, with opportunities from floor teaching to Room Leader positions.

We are Exceeding in the National Quality Standard and offer fully funded PD, supportive leadership, and a stable, well-equipped learning environment. The owners are on site, enabling quick decisions and easy communication.

Qualifications

• Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education required.
• Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificates.
• A warm, patient approach and genuine interest in children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Provide support in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities.

• No student vias ( must have full work rights )
