Campbelltown City Council is seeking a Change Manager to lead the organisational change management for the OneCouncil digital transformation, guiding the transition from legacy systems to a modern enterprise SaaS platform.

You will develop change, communications and training strategies across all program modules, applying Prosci and the ADKAR framework to drive readiness, adoption and long-term business outcomes.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; Prosci certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading organisational change management on large, multi-year ERP or enterprise system programs; TechnologyOne OneCouncil or comparable ERP is highly regarded.
• Experience developing and executing training needs analysis at scale and coordinating training delivered by vendors and internal trainers.
• Proven ability to develop and execute program communications plans across exec, management and frontline audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the program change stream for the OneCouncil digital transformation.
• Develop and deliver change, communication and training strategies across all program modules.
• Apply the Prosci Change Management Methodology and ADKAR framework to drive readiness and adoption.
• Measure adoption, change readiness and business outcomes; influence successful implementation without direct line authority.
• Engage executives, sponsors, governance groups, vendors and project teams to build organizational capability.
