Job summary

Campbelltown City Council seeks a Change Manager to lead organisational change for the OneCouncil digital transformation, guiding adoption as legacy systems move to a modern SaaS platform.

You will develop and execute change, communications and training strategies, applying Prosci and the ADKAR framework to drive readiness and long-term outcomes, while partnering with executives and project teams to build capability.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline; Prosci certification preferred.
• Extensive change management experience on large ERP/enterprise programs.
• Experience with TechnologyOne OneCouncil or a comparable Tier 1 ERP implementation.
• Experience leading training needs analysis at scale across corporate and field-based workforces.
• Developing and executing program communications plans across executives, management and frontline audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with executives, governance groups, vendors and implementation partners.
• Ability to influence and secure commitment across divisions without line authority.
• Commitment to living values of respect, integrity, teamwork, trust and optimism.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management for the OneCouncil program.
• Develop and deliver change, communications and training strategies across all modules.
• Apply Prosci and ADKAR methodologies to drive readiness and adoption.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors, governance groups and project teams to build capability.
• Measure adoption, readiness and long-term business outcomes across the program.
• Influence successful implementation across Council without direct line authority.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across divisions and levels.
