Queensland Country Bank is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation Program on a full-time 18-month contract. Based in Townsville head office, you will work with the program team and business to capture current processes, define changes, and translate insights into clear requirements and training materials.

You will engage stakeholders across lending, CRM, digital channels, and core banking, facilitating workshops and ensuring deliverable-focused collaboration.

Qualifications

• Good business knowledge, ideally in banking or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear requirements and user stories.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and conversations with stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple pieces of work.

Responsibilities

• Understand current business processes and identify changes needed for the Digital Transformation program.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, process maps and training materials.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with program team and technology partners to deliver workable solutions.
