Job summary
Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) is seeking a Business Analyst in Docklands to accelerate delivery of projects within Transformation Delivery Hub. You will gather and clarify requirements, analyse processes, and translate business objectives for delivery teams while aligning with stakeholder expectations to add real value.
Role Type: 12 Months secondment; Role Location: Hiring for multiple locations; Work Hours: Full time (40 hours/week).
Qualifications
- Strong business analysis and problem solving to understand complex situations.
- Experience in requirements elicitation, prioritisation and traceability.
- Proven ability to run stakeholder workshops and drive alignment.
- Knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery, plus data modelling basics.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of complex business situations to identify root causes and improvements.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and evaluate solution options and impacts.
- Own end-to-end requirements management for medium-complexity initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage competing priorities.
- Develop and maintain business, process and data models for decision-making.
- Analyse current and future-state processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
