Queensland Country Bank is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation Program in the Transformation team on a full-time 18-month contract.

As a Business Analyst, you will translate business knowledge into clear requirements, processes and workable solutions, across lending, CRM, digital channels, branch services, core banking, cards, data migration or cross-program activities with VeriPark and Fiserv.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking/financial services or regulated environment.
• Ability to listen, ask questions and translate complex information into clear requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate needs into technical requirements, user stories and process maps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative style.
• Willingness to learn Business Analysis methods and digital delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand current ways of working and identify required changes.
• Translate business knowledge into clear requirements, processes and workable solutions.
• Collaborate with program team and business across workstreams (lending, CRM, digital channels, etc).
• Support data migration, core banking activities and work with VeriPark and Fiserv.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and conversations with stakeholders.
• Contribute to measurable improvements in efficiency and customer experiences.
