Job summary

HCF is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own key digital workstreams across payments, billing, claims and self-service experiences. You will drive discovery through delivery, using customer insight, data and experimentation to enhance member experiences.

In this 12-month contract based in Sydney, you will balance regulatory requirements with customer needs, leading cross-functional collaboration to improve self-service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital products across payments, billing, claims, reimbursement or financial transactions.
• End-to-end digital journeys from discovery to processing and resolution.
• Use insights, analytics and experimentation to shape product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the digital product roadmap and backlog across payments, billing, claims and self-service.
• Lead discovery to identify member pain points and opportunities for self-service improvements.
• Partner with technology, business and delivery teams to design and deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Define and track product KPIs including adoption, transaction success and CSAT.
• Champion the product vision and align stakeholders across senior leaders.
