HCF Corporation in Sydney is seeking a Digital Product Manager for a 12-month contract to drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery to value. You will lead roadmaps, prioritise backlog, and partner with technology, business and delivery teams to create digital experiences for members.

You will use data, analytics and customer insights to measure impact, define KPIs, and balance user needs with regulatory and security requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing digital products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of payments, billing, claims workflows.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.

• Own and prioritise the digital product roadmap and backlog, balancing member needs, business outcomes and regulatory requirements.
• Lead discovery to identify member pain points and opportunities for self-service.
• Partner with technology, business and delivery teams to design and deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Use data and customer research to measure performance and make evidence-based decisions.
• Define and track product KPIs including adoption, transactions, and CSAT.
