Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a Product Manager based in Adelaide to own the product strategy, vision and roadmap for the Qantas Business Rewards platform and travel booking experience for SMBs. You will lead an Agile squad, mentor team members, and partner with senior leaders to maximise customer value and revenue across booking journeys.

You will translate customer insights into portfolio initiatives, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and influence strategic decisions while driving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with Digital experience essential.
• Familiarity with Human-Centred Design, research and insights, and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and lead the product strategy, vision and roadmap for the Qantas Business Rewards platform.
• Lead and coach a squad to deliver world class products.
• Collaborate with Senior Leaders across Qantas to guide customer experience and commercial decisions.
• Synthesize customer insights to improve portfolio and customer satisfaction.
