Job summary

Qantas is seeking a Digital Producer to join our brand-new Product and Innovation Centre in Adelaide. You will collaboratively deliver customer facing digital products and content experiences for the Qantas Business Rewards members (B2B) within a high-performing cross-functional team.

You will play a key role in planning, viability, and timely delivery of digital products, coordinating enhancements, new products, and mobile applications, while managing third-party suppliers to ensure exceptional

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a digital/web/content producer.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, Design, or related field.
• Experience across a wide range of digital products (content or product).
• Creative skills to oversee production of quality digital content and/or products.
• Ability to base strategy on research, data analysis or competitive reviews.
• Editorial planning and copywriting for large-scale ecommerce or online publishing including SEO/SEM requirements.
• Familiar with analytics tools to produce web-based solutions.
• Experience in web platform development and content management systems.
• Familiar with Agile environment and Agile certifications (CSM, PSM).

• Full-time permanent position based at our new Product and Innovation Centre in Adelaide

Join Qantas in our brand-new Product and Innovation Centre located in Adelaide to help meet evolving consumer needs by enabling agile teams to deliver faster, more adaptive solutions that prioritise customer value, continuous feedback, and innovation at every stage of the product lifecycle.

As the Digital Producer, you will collaboratively deliver customer facing digital products and content experiences for Qantas Business Rewards members (B2B). You will work in a high performing cross-functional digital product team and be the ‘translator’ between business, loyalty, technology, product and product opportunities.

As the Producer, you will work within an agile team and play a key role in the planning, viability and timely delivery of digital products, driving exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of website enhancements, new products, mobile applications, and management of third party suppliers are core to this role.

You’ll have:

• 3+ years of experience working as a digital / web / or content producer.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, Design and/or relevant field.
• Previous experience working across a wide range of digital products (content or product).
• Creative skills to oversee the production of quality digital content and/or products.
• Ability to develop strategy based on strong research and data analysis or competitive reviews.
• Creative skills in copywriting and planning editorial for large scale ecommerce website or online publishing platform including SEO/SEM requirements.
• Skills in Adobe platforms Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager highly desirable or equivalent.
• Familiarity with analytical tools and sets to produce compelling web based solutions.
• Ability to estimate delivery of digital projects and/or product assessment.
• Experience in web platform development and content management systems.
• Familiar working in an Agile environment, with Agile certifications (CSM, PSM)
