Job summary

Qantas, based in Adelaide, is seeking a Product Designer to lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of a mobile app experience from discovery to iteration within the new Product and Innovation Centre.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, run workshops, champion the design system, and leverage AI tools to accelerate prototyping and handover while upholding brand and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Service Design, UX, UI, CX, or similar roles.
• Tertiary qualification in Design or Human‑Centered Design.
• Experience with native apps and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of mobile app experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define problems and solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and champion the design system.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools to speed up prototyping and handover.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
