Job summary

Qantas is inviting applications for a Digital Product Analyst based at our new Product and Innovation Centre in Adelaide. You will partner with multiple stakeholders to support digital products and drive customer value through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include producing reports, guiding the roadmap with Product Owner input, and ensuring new products function smoothly in production environments. Strong analytical skills and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years using global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus.
• 5+ years in travel, digital or operations support roles.
• 2+ years in digital products and agile ways of working.
• Experience with IATA fares and ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of digital platforms and products in the portfolio.
• Develop reports and insights to inform the product roadmap.
• Review product queries from business units and customers.
• Investigate, track and resolve technical product issues and defects.
