Job summary

Housing Industry Association (HIA) is seeking a Digital Producer to manage content across the website and deliver engaging online experiences for members and visitors.

You will ensure content accuracy, align with digital best practice, and work with internal teams to support campaigns and optimisation. Sitecore expertise and CMS publishing will be key assets in this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Digital Producer in an agile environment.
  • Strong English language skills with high attention to detail.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience with JIRA/Confluence.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience with CMS to publish content.
  • Excellent organisation and planning abilities.
  • Sitecore experience is highly regarded.

About the Role

As part of the Digital team, the Digital Producer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and updating content across HIA’s website. You will create exceptional online experiences for members, customers, and visitors, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned with digital best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging, reader‑friendly web pages that enrich the user experience.
  • Translate complex or ambiguous briefs into clear digital outputs.
  • Act as a Sitecore specialist, contributing to digital guidelines and web standards.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to support website campaigns, initiatives, and optimisation activities.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Digital Producer in an agile environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong English language skills
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and experience with JIRA/Confluence
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding user experiences.
