Job summary

Expertech in Sydney is seeking a capable Digital Producer to join our client's digital team on a 6-month contract with potential extension or permanency. This hands-on, multidisciplinary role spans CMS, business analysis, project management and QA to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

You'll work with stakeholders, content teams, designers and technical colleagues to turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria while coordinating delivery across teams

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on CMS experience with platforms like Optimizely, AEM, Sitecore.
• Proven ability to gather and analyse requirements from business and digital stakeholders.
• Ability to translate requirements into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
• Experience delivering websites, portals, CMS or digital experience solutions.
• Understanding of content structures, taxonomy, metadata and publishing workflows.
• Experience coordinating digital delivery across business, content, design and technical teams.
• Comfortable taking on project management responsibilities and managing actions, milestones and risks.
• Strong QA and testing experience including UAT support.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised and adaptable, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Expertech is looking for a capable and adaptable Digital Producer to join our client's digital team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension or a permanent opportunity. This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role suited to someone who enjoys working across digital delivery rather than being confined to a single lane. You'll work with stakeholders, content teams, designers and technical teams to turn business needs into clear requirements and help deliver high-quality digital experiences. You'll be comfortable wearing multiple hats - including Digital Producer, Business Analyst, Project Manager and QA - depending on what the project needs.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on CMS experience. Experience with platforms such as Optimizely, AEM, Sitecore or similar is highly desirable.
• Proven experience gathering and analysing requirements from business and digital stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating discovery sessions and requirements workshops.

• Experience in a digital agency, consultancy or client-facing environment.
• Experience with DXP platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with content migration, CMS configuration and content governance.
• Technical literacy across APIs, integrations, environments and releases.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Exposure to AI tools, AI assistants or agent-enabled digital experiences.
• Relevant digital, business analysis, project management or technology qualifications.
