Job summary

Grace Loves Lace is seeking a Digital and Performance Marketing Lead to join our HQ team in Burleigh Heads. You will drive the execution of digital performance marketing, focusing on paid media, SEO/AEO, conversion optimisation, lead generation and analytics to grow global boutique appointments, virtual bookings and online sales.

You will lead hands-on campaigns, manage budgets, and report on performance within a global brand framework, collaborating with Creative, Ecommerce and Marketing teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital or performance marketing.
• Hands-on with paid media budgets across Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok.
• Strong full-funnel marketing, SEO/AEO and CRO.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio.
• Excellent copywriting and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital performance marketing strategies across paid media, SEO/AEO and lead generation.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising across Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Plan and optimise full-funnel campaigns using audience insights, A/B testing and performance data.
• Lead SEO/AEO activities, including technical and on-page SEO and local search.
• Optimise booking journeys to improve conversion and cost per booking.
• Manage paid media budgets, campaign tracking, attribution and analytics.
• Deliver regular cross-channel reporting and a consolidated dashboard.
• Collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce and Marketing teams to align campaigns.
• Manage affiliate and referral partnerships and opportunities for Wholesale/Retail.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify innovation opportunities.
