Prestige Talent in Sydney is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the brand's strategy and execution across digital, ecommerce, content and campaigns. This is a hands-on role that combines big-picture planning with getting things done to boost growth and customer engagement.

You will work with leadership to shape how the brand appears online, create compelling customer experiences and drive commercial performance while managing budgets and external partners. Flexible working is offered.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role.
• Strong experience across digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Solid understanding of customer acquisition, retention and the online customer journey.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how marketing activity translates into revenue.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret performance and turn insights into action.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• A genuine interest in brand, content, customer experience and storytelling.
• Experience within retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, lifestyle, children's products or a similar consumer-focused environment will be highly regarded.
