Grace Loves Lace, based at Burleigh Heads, is seeking an experienced Digital and Performance Marketing Lead. You will drive paid media, SEO/AEO, conversion optimisation and analytics to grow boutique bookings, virtual appointments and online sales. Expect hands-on planning, budgeting and global brand collaboration.

Reporting to the CMO, you’ll optimise campaigns, report on performance, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver measurable commercial growth across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Hands-on campaign execution across multiple channels.
• Strong analytics and ROI-driven decision-making.
• Experience with GA4, GTM and Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital performance marketing across paid media, SEO/AEO and lead generation.
• Plan and optimise multi-channel campaigns to drive bookings and online sales.
• Deliver regular cross-channel reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the customer journey.
