Job summary

Onside As is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist based in Brisbane to develop and execute high‑performing digital marketing campaigns. You will drive traffic, leads and sales across paid and owned channels while supporting the bank's retail products with data‑driven insights.

You will plan, optimise and report on Campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms, identifying opportunities to maximise ROI and conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, media or advertising campaign management.
• Hands‑on management across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across search, social, display and affiliates.

As our highly valued Digital Performance Marketing Specialist based in Brisbane, your role will be to develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels to drive traffic, leads and sales, supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home. You'll play a key role in growing Great Southern Bank's retail banking products while delivering data-driven insights that influence business outcomes.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Planning, executing and optimising Paid Search, Social, Display and Affiliate campaigns, taking ownership of performance and results across your product portfolio.
• Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to increase profitable growth, improve conversion rates and maximise return on investment.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Digital teams to deliver reporting, insights and recommendations that enhance customer acquisition and sales outcomes.
• Testing and optimising landing pages, ad creative, audience targeting and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Managing campaign budgets and performance targets while ensuring strong commercial outcomes and stakeholder confidence.
