Job summary

Ignite is seeking a Digital Performance Specialist in Broadbeach, QLD to lead high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4. You will own strategy, optimization, analytics and ROI, leveraging automation and AI to drive enquiries and lift performance.

You'll collaborate with our digital team, translate data into actionable insights, and manage campaigns end-to-end to maximise ROI while maintaining brand safety and customer-centric messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing performance channels.
• Strong data reading and reporting skills.
• Fluent in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and EDMs.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing/communications.
• 5+ years managing Facebook and Google campaigns.
• Strong analytics, commercial acumen and communication.
