Job summary

Great Southern Bank in Brisbane is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, manage and optimise paid and owned digital campaigns that drive traffic, leads and sales for our retail banking products.

You'll work across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other platforms, analysing performance with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and Tableau to deliver measurable business outcomes. A marketing qualification and relevant certifications are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Hands-on campaign management across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta or Adobe highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Search, Social, Display, and Affiliate campaigns.
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to deliver insights.
• Test landing pages, creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Manage budgets and ensure strong commercial outcomes.
