Job summary

Great Southern Bank in Brisbane is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, manage and optimise paid and owned digital campaigns that drive traffic, leads and sales for our retail banking products.

You'll work across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other platforms, analysing performance with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and Tableau to deliver measurable business outcomes. A marketing qualification and relevant certifications are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Hands-on campaign management across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta or Adobe highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

Job description

As our highly valued Digital Performance Marketing Specialist based in Brisbane, your role will be to develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels to drive traffic, leads and sales, supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home. You'll play a key role in growing Great Southern Bank's retail banking products while delivering data-driven insights that influence business outcomes.

You'll make an impact by:

• Planning, executing and optimising Paid Search, Social, Display and Affiliate campaigns, taking ownership of performance and results across your product portfolio.
• Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to increase profitable growth, improve conversion rates and maximise return on investment.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Digital teams to deliver reporting, insights and recommendations that enhance customer acquisition and sales outcomes.
• Testing and optimising landing pages, ad creative, audience targeting and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Managing campaign budgets and performance targets while ensuring strong commercial outcomes and stakeholder confidence.

Do things differently with us

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience in digital marketing, media or advertising, with hands-on campaign management across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
• Experience managing budgets, optimising performance marketing campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related discipline, with Google Ads, Meta or Adobe certifications highly regarded.
• A customer-focused mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge the status quo to achieve better outcomes.
