Job summary

Lives Lived Well is seeking a dedicated Peer Worker for the Tokoko Integrated Recovery Pathways program. This role supports clients via digital peer engagement, helping them stay connected and access services as they navigate recovery from alcohol and other drugs.

You will work across flexible remote, hybrid, and office-based arrangements, contributing to recovery goals and client engagement in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Lived or living experience of recovery.
• Commitment to recovery-oriented practice and peer work.
• Experience in peer, community services, mental health or AOD settings is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused peer support through ConnectWell's digital platform.
• Share lived experience to promote hope and recovery.
• Support individuals before, during and after residential rehabilitation.
• Conduct wellbeing and recovery check-ins to strengthen engagement.
• Help access treatment, recovery, health and community services.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting.
