Job summary

Southern Cross Care WA Inc. is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute paid media, support marketing automation and email campaigns, and enhance customer experiences across the journey.

You will manage the digital marketing CRM, ensure data accuracy, support lead capture and nurturing, and enable campaign reporting and communications. Based in Rivervale with the option to work from home 2 days per week, this full-time role offers a chance to influence marketing outcomes

Qualifications

• BA of Commerce, Marketing or Communications (desirable).
• 3+ years digital marketing experience in a similar role; CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar), Google Ads, Meta, WordPress (or similar).
• Proficiency using Adobe Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress (or similar).
• Excellent digital copywriting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Content Team to optimise website content, SEO, keyword optimisation and monitor website performance with Google Analytics.
• Write and adapt digital copy across website, email and channels, aligned to brand guidelines.
• Coordinate end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content, automation, testing, deployment and reporting.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, Google Business Profile and other digital channels.
• Build and optimise Meta campaigns within approved budgets and manage external suppliers.
