Job summary

Southern Cross Care WA is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute paid performance campaigns, support marketing automation and email programs, and deliver meaningful customer experiences across the journey.

Based at our Rivervale central office with the option to work from home two days a week, you will manage the digital marketing CRM, ensure accurate data, and enable effective campaign execution and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years digital marketing experience with CRM experience (HubSpot or similar).
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta, and WordPress.
• Strong copywriting and attention to detail; able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Content Team to optimise website content, SEO, and monitor performance with Google Analytics.
• Write and adapt digital copy across website, email and channels in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate end-to-end email marketing campaigns including segmentation, automation, testing, deployment and reporting.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads, Google Business Profile and other digital media channels.
• Build, manage and optimise Meta campaigns within approved budgets.
• Liaise with external suppliers such as agencies, designers, printers and photographers.
