Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited is seeking a commercially-minded Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid media, social media, CRM and loyalty initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention for Australia’s leading home improvement brand.

Based in Adelaide, you’ll collaborate within the Group Marketing team and report to the National Marketing Manager, shaping customer communications and optimising campaign performance across Stratco’s digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM or customer lifecycle marketing.
• Strong knowledge of paid search, social media, SEO and content strategy.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider or similar.
• Experience using Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and reporting tools.
• Confidence managing agency relationships and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders.

We're looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives on turning digital engagement into measurable business outcomes. This is an opportunity to lead impactful paid media, social media, CRM and loyalty initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention across one of Australia's most recognised brands.

Working within our collaborative Group Marketing team and reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping customer communications, optimising campaign performance and driving continuous improvement across Stratco's digital marketing ecosystem.

Your mandate

You'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital marketing initiatives that deliver real commercial outcomes, including:

• Managing agency partners to deliver paid digital campaigns across search, social and emerging channels
• Developing and executing social media strategy that grows brand engagement and customer reach
• Leading e-mail, SMS and marketing automation activities that improve customer acquisition, retention and loyalty
• Designing and optimising customer journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider and related platforms
• Driving loyalty program engagement and helping customers maximise the value of Stratco's offerings
• Leading Stratco's digital marketing intern program and supporting capability development within the broader team
• Evaluating emerging technologies, AI tools and digital marketing innovations that enhance performance and customer experience

Ideally, your experience and attributes will include:

• 3 + years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM or customer lifecycle marketing
• Strong knowledge of paid search, social media, SEO and content strategy
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider or similar
• Experience using G4A, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and reporting tools
• Confidence managing agency relationships and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders

Bonus points for

• Experience with loyalty programs, customer retention or lifecycle marketing
• Experience within retail, manufacturing, or home improvement industries
• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Business
