Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to become a key custodian of its ERP platforms. This role goes beyond a traditional support desk, acting as the technical and functional expert across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, retail and corporate functions to keep systems performing at their best.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting ERP or enterprise business systems.
• Exposure to Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms in a cloud environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, retail or distribution environments.
• Knowledge of cloud based enterprise applications.
• Experience with integrations, data loads or SQL based tech.
• A passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation.

We're looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to become a key custodian of the enterprise systems that power one of Australia's leading manufacturing and home improvement brands.

This is not a traditional support desk role. It's an opportunity to become the technical and functional expert behind a sophisticated ERP and applications environment, partnering with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, retail and corporate functions to ensure our systems are performing at their best.

Your mandate

On any given day you might;

• Resolve complex ERP and enterprise application issues


• Partner with business leaders to improve processes and system performance
