Job summary

Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited is seeking a Retail Sales & Design professional to join our team and help customers create inspiring spaces. You will blend sales, design and service to deliver outstanding experiences in Stratco showrooms across Australia and New Zealand.

You'll guide customers through the design process, recommend Stratco products, and ensure a welcoming, creditable store environment. A passion for DIY or building and CAD skills are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• A flair for design and creativity; CAD skills are a plus.
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience with energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

ABOUT YOU

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You have a natural ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and confidently guide people towards the right solution. You’ll bring:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• A person with a flair for design and creativity! Previous DIY, design or building experience is desirable (CAD skills an advantage)
• A willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy at Stratco!
