Job summary

Searchability® on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager - Ecommerce to own performance marketing and ecommerce growth across two brands. This role suits an agency marketer moving in-house or a performance marketer ready to take broader ownership of commercial results.

You’ll lead Google & Meta campaigns, Shopify stores, CRO and lead generation, collaborating closely with social and web specialists.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ digital marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience.
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.
• Strong e-commerce / Shopify experience.
• Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion & attribution.
• Experience with CRM/email automation (HubSpot highly regarded).
• Confident using AI as part of your everyday workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise Google & Meta campaigns across significant budgets.
• Drive ecommerce growth through Shopify, CRO and landing pages.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, conversion and lead quality.
• Build HubSpot email campaigns and automations.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing and e-commerce growth across two growing brands.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced agency marketer looking to move in-house, or a performance marketer ready to take greater ownership of commercial results.

You’ll be responsible for Google & Meta, Shopify, CRO, lead generation and campaign performance, working closely with social and web specialists.
