Job summary

Mayfair Marketing, a Gold Coast-based digital agency, is seeking a high-caliber operator to scale ecommerce and lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, Shopify, Woocommerce, and email. You will translate data into growth roadmaps for clients and work with the operations manager to shape strategic direction.

The role offers autonomy to innovate, mentorship of junior marketers, and opportunities to advance within a fast-scaling agency with a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Experience with Shopify and Woocommerce, and integrating tech stacks (CRMs, attribution tools, analytics).
• Strong analytical capability with dashboards, LTV/CAC analysis and data-backed decisions.
• Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and manage multiple clients under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta and Google to hit client revenue and ROAS targets.
• Audit client funnels, identify conversion bottlenecks and drive CRO initiatives.
• Own client relationships, presenting clear insights, forecasts and strategic recommendations that inspire confidence.
• Partner with the director to develop upsell and cross sell opportunities that genuinely benefit clients.
• Support integration of ecommerce platforms, CRMs and marketing automation to streamline client operations.
• Track KPIs, prepare executive level reports and present results in weekly and monthly sessions.
• Mentor junior marketers and contribute to a high performance culture.

This role is for a high calibre operator who thrives on scaling ecommerce and lead generation businesses. You will manage large budgets, architect omnichannel campaigns across Meta, Google, Shopify, Woocommerce and email platforms, and translate data into growth roadmaps for clients. You will work directly with the operations manager to shape strategic direction and have the autonomy to innovate.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 to 3 years hands on experience managing large scale paid campaigns on Meta and Google, with a track record of scaling spend while improving efficiency.
• Expertise in ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Woocommerce, plus experience integrating tech stacks (CRMs, attribution tools, analytics).
• Strong analytical capabilities – comfortable building dashboards, analysing LTV/CAC and making data backed decisions.
• High business acumen and communication skills to influence c suite stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritise effectively and deliver under tight deadlines.
• A growth mindset and desire to continually refine your craft.
